Why did we decide to pursue B-Corp status

Once fully accredited, we’ll join the likes of Patagonia, innocent and Intrepid Travel as an army of leaders using business as a force for good. But why did we decide to go down this road and what does it mean to us?

✔ We want to make sure that every single project Studio Resolve works on is creating a positive impact on society.

🧠 Our founder Beccy used to work for an ethical design agency for over 8 years, so has a huge amount of experience in the world of responsible design, particularly health.

🔥 We have a fiery passion for feel-good causes and really love the opportunity to flex our creative muscles to supercharge the impact of clients' work.

❌ We want to challenge the mindset of "Well if they've got the budget, then we'll work with them." We'll actively say no if we don't think a client is looking after people or planet.

💚 We want to create a design agency that puts its people first and creates a culture of positivity, accountability and kindness; a place where people genuinely look forward to coming in to work every day.

✌ It's in my blood to do the right thing; I have strong principles and will stick to them.
