Studio Resolve is a friendly design + branding agency, with a conscience. We help responsible organisations and brands make waves, using creativity and imagination.
We care deeply about using our talents for good and love the fact that the work of our clients makes a difference. We’ll actively turn down projects we believe could cause more harm than good.

Brand Strategy + Brand Identity
We help organisations communicate who they are more clearly through compelling ideas and strategic brand narratives. Our brand workshops are designed to extract exactly who you are and why you exist. As well as creating brands from scratch, we help un-muddle brands that have become confused; sometimes all you need is a fresh pair of eyes to spot where you’re going wrong.
Graphic Design
We love taking on print projects such as brochures, reports, adverts and exhibition systems as well as signage and indoor wall graphics. We also love creating digital designs such as e-brochures, social media content and animated adverts.
Creative Campaign Concepts
Marketing campaigns need to be underpinned by a compelling creative concept to be effective. We can help support you with your next campaign by injecting your project with a little creative juice. You’ll get a tasty new bank of assets to use across all touchpoints. If you’ve got your own creative team, we can also create a mini set of brand guidelines to help them keep everything on-brand once we hand over the project.
Naming + Creative Copywriting
Naming is tricky, there’s no denying it. But, we love it! We can help organisations name themselves and also devise names for marketing campaigns. And if it’s more than just a few words you need from us, we also offer a creative copywriting service. We’ll devise a tone of voice for your brand that’s unique to you, along with a copy ‘bible’ to help keep things in order. If we’re creating copy for your website or writing a blog post it’ll be search engine optimised too by our SEO wizards.
Illustration & Artistic Projects
We’re a dab hand with a pencil, paint brush or pen. Do you need an illustration for your next piece of editorial or marketing campaign? Or perhaps your office could do with a beautifully-designed, bespoke mural? Maybe you’re creating a marketing campaign and you know that only illustration will do? Whatever your project, we can add an illustrative twist!

Frequently asked questions

We don’t have offices at the moment, but we’d love to in the future, once our team has grown. We use local co-working spaces and venues to hold our brand workshops and meetings, as well as utilise Zoom of course! We can work with you remotely or in-person.

We’re not able to offer in-person internships at the moment, but this is something we’d love to do in the future. Depending on our workload we can occasionally accommodate virtual placements, so please do get in touch.

Yes! Our founder Beccy has been in the design industry since 2007. She has a strong ‘eye’ for design, carefully directing every single project that comes into the studio.

We use local talent and suppliers as much as possible. Our I.T. support and accountant are from Stockton. We co-work in various venues across Middlesbrough and Darlington. All of the freelancers we’ve used so far are from Teesside. We’re proud to be supporting our local economy in the Tees Valley.

We always print onto recycled papers where possible. We also research environmentally-friendly suppliers where possible where the product has been made using recycled or sustainable materials.
